Nepal ranks 108 in the GlobalInnovationIndex2018 compared to 109 in 2017 placing it 3rd in SouthAsia. However, in the areas of human capitak & research, knowledge and technology outputs and creative outputs its scores are regressing indicating need for special improvement.
